Helen Omilian Memorial Rosary Altar Society - Scholarship Application 2024

Our Lady of Lourdes Rosary Altar Society is pleased to offer scholarships to graduating high school seniors who are active members of Our Lady of Lourdes and have been accepted as a full-time student at a trade school, community college, four-year college or university during the 2024-25 academic year.
Please note: *Students who have previously applied and did not receive a scholarship may reapply if they are currently enrolled and in good standing at a college.

Instructions/Rules

Complete the form below. Applications will only be accepted electronically via the form below.
Applications must be accompanied by a letter of recommendation from a parish ministry leader or staff member. A letter of recommendation from a faculty advisor or employer may also be included, but this is optional.
- Once you complete the form, please email your letters of letters of recommendation to Mary Jean DiRoberto at mjdiroberto@gmail.com by midnight, Sunday, April 28, 2024.
- Please put RAS Scholarship in the subject line when submitting letters of recommendation.
Without completion of both the form and submission of a letter of recommendation, the application will be deemed incomplete and will not be considered for the scholarship regardless of need or qualifications.
Applications MUST be signed by applicant and parent or guardian as per the instructions provided in the form.
All applicants will receive a receipt confirmation. If you do not receive a confirmation after 3 days, please email Mary Jean DiRoberto.
Scholarship recipients will be notified when decisions are final. Awards will be presented at the 10:30 Mass on Sunday, June 2, 2024.
The applicant must be accepted for the fall semester 2024 as a full-time student (minimum of 12 hours/semester) prior to receiving the scholarship.
