Parish Catechetical Assistant – Part-Time
The Faith Formation Ministry is looking for an individual to fill the Parish Catechetical Assistant position. This administrative position works closely with the Parish Catechetical Leader in planning, organizing, and executing all Youth Faith Formation and Sacramental Programs. MAINTENANCE POSITION – Part-Time
This is a part-time maintenance job which involves keeping the buildings and grounds clean, safe, and functional through janitorial work (trash, light cleaning), handman repairs, event setup/takedown, and groundskeeping (as needed), plus vendor coordination and ensuring safety compliance for a welcoming environment. Key duties span custodial tasks, handyman skills, security, and supporting church functions. Position is for 18 hours per week and the schedule is flexible. SCRIP CHAIR – VOLUNTEER
A Scrip Chair helps organize the gift cards (scrip) program for fundraising, managing sales, reconciling orders, coordinating additional volunteers and assisting customers with purchases, and training. Key duties include managing sales, money/cards/deposits, and inventory. This position requires trustworthiness and good customer interaction. SCRIP VOLUNTEERS
Scrip Volunteers help with assisting customers with purchases, reconciling orders, preparing deposits, organizing inventory, and/or restocking cards.
